The video includes a demonstration of stretches to help prevent and/or manage two common conditions - tennis elbow and golfer'''s elbow. These stretches are particularly helpful for those working at desks and computers for long hours.

Day 09 | Intuition

This video offers a simplified explanation of your nervous system. This lesson focuses on how to promote regulation of your Autonomic Nervous System - Sympathetic (fight or flight response) and Parasympathetic (rest and digest response) and why focused relaxation and breathing exercises can have a positive effect on creating balance within this system. Day 08 | Nervous System Regulation

This video offers a demonstration of a 5-minute movement routine to enhance mobility including marching in place with arms raised, foot tapping for hip mobility and a calf raise combined with chest opening. The suggested exercises are shown standing and some modification suggestions are given in case this isn't right for you. Day 07 | 5-Minute Morning Mobility

This video offers a demonstration of The Big 6 technique developed by Dr. Perry Nickelston (www.stopchasingpain.com) who has written a lot on the subject and has great resources. Tanya discusses some of the basic benefits of this tool as a daily (or few times a week) practice. This techniques is based on 3 steps: rub, tap and circle on the skin in the the 6 areas of the body where the major lymph nodes reside (collar bone, sides of neck, arm pits, abdomen, groin and behind knees). Day 06 | Lymphatic Drainage

This video offers a lovely body scan meditation that can be combined with breathing exercises (Balloon Breathing Day 1 and Box Breathing Day 02 are both great options) for deep relaxation and tension release. This is an excellent tool as a daily practice or to use anytime you need to relax, release tension and stress and feel comforted.

Day 05 | Body Scan Tension Release

This restorative yoga pose is the self care practice I recommend more than any other. It has many benefits including relaxing/calming the nervous system, aiding digestion and stretching the hamstrings and gluteal muscles.
